Our assisted living homes share a quiet neighborhood with Legacy Village Garden Homes for independent living and Circle of Life Hospice Home. It's the kind of neighborhood in which many of our Elders grew up - where they could sit on their front porch or visit one of their neighbors. The need for some assistance with activities of daily living shouldn't have to change that.

Services
Northwest Arkansas Senior Services, Inc. (NWASSI) owns the property. NWASSI is a non-profit organization made up of Rogers and Bentonville, Arkansas, residents interested in addressing the housing and health care needs of elders in their communities. The Board of Directors is an active group of volunteers who reside in the Bentonville area.
Monthly rates are based on a nursing assessment and physician's recommendation. Rates, which start at $3,650, are categorized by one of three service tiers, depending on the elder's required services and the extent of those services. Each tier level adds to the monthly rate. Our assisted living program currently accommodates many residents in the earlier stages of Alzheimer's Disease and other types of dementia.
It is a common misconception that Medicare or private insurance will pay all or part of the cost of senior assisted living. Generally speaking, residents use their own private funds to live in an assisted living facility. However, there are some programs that will assist qualifying individuals with this cost.
