I contacted this company (Gates) to repair or replace my electronic privacy gate system. They (I think one of the owners) came to my property and seemed very knowledgeable and nice. He told me they would get me a quote that same day, and at the latest the next day. I never heard from them. I called him back in a week, he apologized and said he would definitely get me a quote by the next day, I never heard from him. I guess my multi-thousand job was too small for them.

I had hill's fence install 300 feet of white vinyl slat fence, it looks perfect. Not only did they do the fence they also installed a gate. Hill's gate department is top notch also. Getting a operator installed and they are replacing the gate for free! Above and beyond is what they do every day to stand behind their product and installations. Happy customer!
