Getting back to the comfort of your own home after a hospital or short-term rehabilitation stay should be a happy and easy experience. It's important to understand that critical health and social problems can occur if a transition doesn't go well, and in some cases, people have to return to the facility they just left.

My husband has Lewy Body dementia. My greatest concern was finding a company with patience and compassionate employees. Carrying for Lewy body patients can be very difficult. Tender Care has not only met all my expectations, they have far exceeded them! The caregivers have been so wonderful! They have compassion, patience, and are very hard workers. My husband is for the most part, unable to respond or comprehend, and just stays in mostly a sleep state. That is until Tender Care Caregivers come through the door and he hears their voice. He opens his eyes and puts on a big smile! Something I rarely

I have been with Tender Care for over 4 years now and have found my employer to be very caring not only with clients and employees but also with client family and employees family members, if there is a problem with work or even in your home life she will take the time to help try and figure out a way to try to help and or resolve the issues with the situation... Tami has been a huge help to me and works with me to be able and make my home and work life be manageable and not overwhelming... This so not a good place to work or for family services. They are very unprofessional and unorganized. They expose the staff personal information to clients and other employees. They are very inconsiderate and does a horrible job of scheduling. They lie on the staff to make themselves look better. I don’t like how the client has to touch and sign your personal cellphone in order to clock out from your shift. I’ve worked here for a month and a half and has had problems with this company since day one.

This is a business who works VERY hard to satisfy the requests of every client as well as their staff, they even go so far to make sure the distance the between staff and client is minimal. Shifts adjustments are always covered in a timely manner by management. In fact I believe management should be commended for their superior efforts way beyond the normal 9-5.

Worse home care business in my opinion. They lied to my mom and left shifts not covered. Had revolving door of employees that were not trained at all. They treated their staff horrible by calling them while taking care of my mom to scream at them. I and my mom heard this multiple times. The management was horrible. I definitely would never ever recommend this place. If you value your loved one and want great care this is NOT the place to call.
