Upgrade is a lifesaver they gave me the funds i needed and at a very reasonable price. Got to look out for many lenders who will try to screw you but this place was up and forward with their rates and that didnt change when signing like other companies i dealt with when the initial offer changed when it came to signing the contract. Thank you upgrade for helping me in my time of need. I recommend everyone to give them a try to see if they can help you out in your time of need.

My Upgrade credit card was the first card to approve me for a $4000 credit limit which made it possible to consolidate two lower limit cards and cancel those cards. Also, I just got approved for a $5000 personal loan which enabled me to purchase a much need truck. I feel like Upgrade noticed my more recent credit worthiness and ability to consistently make on-time payments over the past 2 years. They have given me the ability to make some recent holiday purchases that otherwise would not have been possible. Thank you Upgrade.

I didn’t expect the process to be so smooth, but it was. I went through Credit Karma and it couldn’t have been easier. I put the loan amount, my info in and was approved in a matter of 2 hours. The status of my loan stated this on the upgrade app, and the wait began. Also, received an email. To be honest, I was nervous. After, reading so many negative reviews. I thought my experience would be the same. As far as waiting for the funds to be deposited, but in two days the funds were in my account. I felt blessed, because it was well needed. I hope your experience is as smooth as mine.

They charge a substantial fee for getting a loan. It's my own fault but I didn't realize I was paying a fee back to them just for them giving me the loan. I would have applied at my bank before I paid the fee. Other than that, they were good. Quick approval and quick to send out funds. Just didn't like the fee 😕 I don't like to pay for credit.

I had a demeaning and substandard experience with Upgrade loans. My father applied for a loan with Upgrade to fund a new HVAC system that is essential in his hot climate. He asked for my help in applying for the loan and keeping track of administrative and financial details, which I did. He was "approved" (so called) for the loan after providing his income in the app. But the verification process was the problem, because it took 3-4 months. We were given conflicting and incomplete information about the documents to submit. And because of this we had to resubmit the same documents, because

I applied for a loan on august 10th. It said I needed to submit a voided check so I did that. I had set it up where they would send a certain amount of $ to a certain credit card. After 30 days it said it was still pending review of my voided check and application so I assumed I wasn't getting it. I emailed and asked to withdraw my application. 10 days after that I get an email saying congrats you are approved your funds will be sent within a few days. This was after waiting over 30 days AND asking them to withdraw application. I have already gotten a loan elsewhere and paid off my card so

This company is a cheat. I had applied for a loan to get me out of a pinch. I felt scared because I never was contacted from this company for almost a month I wasn't approved or denied no communication for a whole month. Then one day if $5,000 appeared in my bank account. At that point I no longer needed it and try to return it only to find out I was still going to be charged the finance fee because I promptly returned it I thought I want to get charged it but that I had been approved for almost a month now and there's a 14 day limit to return it. Do you see what I'm getting at?

This is the worst experience I have ever had with any financial institution. Their rates are not worth the hours of time and amount of stress you will spend trying to get a hold of anyone who can help you.
I applied for a personal loan on July 9th. I was unable to complete the application because the website did not allow me to put my credit card information in for disbursement. It also required a 4506-T tax form that they said they would send by e-mail, which they never did.
I e-mailed them on July 9th. No response. Then again on July 13th. No response.
