We have enjoyed living here, the place is relaxing and beautiful. The staff is friendly, they love being there for their residents. The events they host are always fun, we had a wine and cheese event that we enjoyed ! Great place for everyone to live at including dogs!

These people are so unprofessional.. lived here for a year and it was the worse place I’ve ever rented.. Maintenance walks in and out of apartments as they please (with out a work order) had an incident where I was sleeping in my room and maintenance opened my door and never once did they knock on the door to see if anyone was home, this people don’t know anything about the word privacy. I heard The man and asked him what was he doing and he did not know what to say but that it was the “wrong apartment”. how do you have a key for the wrong apartment?? I called the office to let them know

First month I moved in problems with the AC didn't get fixed until one month later and then got too window units I got a letter of not sure how to even worded it let go of lease duo to Carera Apt management and how it handled the mantanice person there maybe I should of been offered a discount but let go on lease on not sure good standing hmmm .

Great apartments for the price (Santa Fe == $$$), never saw any nefarious activities, good neighbors/respectful community, all leasing employees that I've dealt with were super knowledgeable as well as top-tier in terms of customer service.
Maintenance is swift, non-invasive, and professional. Quick to respond to maintenance requests. I would recommend this apartment complex to a friend.

Absolutely wonderful! Rancho Carrera was the first apartment we looked at, and we decided to rent immediately without looking at any others. The office staff is friendly and helpful - Edwina answered all our questions and showed us the model, and made the leasing process a breeze. The complex is large, but has a small feel as units are broken up into multiple buildings. It's extremely quiet here! Our unit is well-insulated, and we do not hear any neighboring units at all, or noise from the parking lots. We do hear a small amount of traffic from Airport Road, and an occasional plane or two landing

Five star in all ways. We looked at a number of apartments before we chose Rancho Carrera. Hands down it was the best apartment in Santa Fe. And not just the apartment but the staff. The staff is responsive (great resident support/help) and professional. I was on the road and couldn’t remember if I locked the door. Edwina personally checked to see if it was locked. Their creativity shines in the events they host throughout the year. Don’t miss soup night. You’re in for the best homemade green chili soup. The amenities and beautiful grounds/landscaping are like being in a park. Upscale .We
