I always liked to go to Harr's but as far as getting jewelry fixed there I don't think I will take anything back. I took my wedding ring in at the beginning of the year to have some prongs fixed that were wore down and the guy fixed the wrong ones so I had to take it back. Then I just recently took it in to get sized down and he left it so thin that it cracked and I had to take it back again to get it fixed. The owner Al did not seem to care about our concerns but is fixing it free of charge. We were trying to talk to him about everything and he pretty much walked away and left his employee with

I’m not good at picking out jewelry for my wife but Alan and his family remember what I have purchased in the past and have made some suggestions that made my wife very happy. Took my watch into for a band repair - repaired it on the spot and at a very reasonable price. Then returned same watch for thorough cleaning and repair for movement not running. Had it back before EST and it runs better than it did before movement stopped working. Very friendly staff and owner is especially skilled and helpful.

Am very disappointed in this store. We are encouraged to buy locally but for what I received from them I will never shop here again!! I went in to have a silver bracelet engraved. They charged 25.00 and when I went to pick it up it wasn't done. They "forgot" to do it. The next day it was picked up and the script is so small u need a magnifying glass to see it.Shame on you Harr's
