These people are unprofessional. They lack communication. A few minutes before my niece was scheduled to be at her recital, they said she couldn't because she was wasn't feeling well a few days prior. This is unacceptable. They had ample time to notify us that she wouldn't be able to perform. We had time get a COVID test if needed however, due to their lack of communication, my 4 year old niece was there dressed and excited to perform and she wasn't allowed to. Save your child the embarrassment. This will definitely affect her, as she worked really hard practicing to learn

I am deeply saddened by what I witnessed at my 4 year old niece’s recital. I feel no child should have to experience what she went through. She was there dressed and ready to perform and she was told that she could not perform merely 9 minutes before she was scheduled to be there. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. We try to teach our kids if you work hard great things will happened, and now at such a young age she’s learning the painful truth that you can be affected my the ignorance and negligence of others. This one incident will greatly affect her for years to come. They were rude

Worst Place to bring your child! They have very poor communication skills. They are all about their money do not care about your child. I've been texting their assistant since early morning about my child participation in the recital. She decided text me back the next day (5 minutes before the recital begin) to say my child can not participate. In case they want to lie, I have the text messages to prove otherwise.

I’ve been dancing at JusHiphop since the doors opened since I was a preteen.Now I’m an adult and it’s safe to say things operate just how they always have. Ms.Maraj is does a wonderful job with teaching age appropriate dance while also ensuring the kids learn confidence & performance etiquette. If your child comes to JusHiphop know that they will leave with some new tools under their belt that they can use in both the entertainment world & real life!

I've danced at this studio for 5 years and I loved every second of it! I was respected, encouraged and treated very well through these years. She loves her craft along with being about her business. She gives each and every student the confidence and great attitude to continue dancing. She has great communication skills with parents and their children and doesn't allow negativity anywhere near the students during practices or shows. She truly loves what she does and it shows in her efforts! Will definitely recommend her to other friends of mine

I have a detail review soon to follow. I have text messages and proof of the owner and staff lack of communication and refusing take accountability for their mistake. She is even making up CDC guidelines to fit her narrative. ALL PROOF!!! Someone who does not take accountability for their action is not someone you want around your child. RUN FAST! RUN FAR! SAVE YOUR CHILD THE EMBRASSMENT! This studio does not even deserve a one star.

I just took my first class at and could not be happier. It was a great experience from start to finish. The studio is in a convenient location, right off of Pembroke Road. I really liked the look and design of the interior...it gets you in the mood to dance! I signed up for the Tuesday night hip hop class for adults. Maraj was my teacher, and she is amazing. In addition to being a great dancer, she is a wonderful instructor. She was great at assessing my current skill level and what I was capable of learning. Love, love, love this dance studio!! It's a no twerking school, which is very important to me. I want my daughter to learn about hip hop and the elements of hip hop and that is what Ms. Maraj teaches. My daughter attends both hip hop and pop locking classes and they are the highlight of her week! She loves Ms. Maraj and Ms. Celebrity (the popping/locking teacher) and they are both so good at teaching and helping the children to learn. My daughter has been in this school for a couple of months and I love it so far. The instructor does not waste time, so the students get the full hour of practicing. I can tell the instructor enjoys her job, which is important. Most importantly I don't feel like I'm getting ripped off like I felt with another Miramar Dance school.
