Services
The original facility was located in the middle of the existing building (station 2) and housed residents and offices. As the needs of the community grew, so did West View.

The joining of West View and Mach's Long Term Care Unit brought our number of beds to 226, making us one of the largest facilities in the state of Kentucky. The hospital's purchase of West View afforded many opportunities, including increased resources and educational opportunities for our staff.
Spring Creek Health Care offers a variety of services to our residents. We are a 226-bed skilled nursing, rehabilitation and long-term care facility which provides comprehensive rehabilitation and restorative services.

DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES TO THIS PLACE. My mother is traumatized from staying here only for a few weeks. She told me that they treat their patients horribly, especially the older ones. They do NOT care about the comfort of their patients. They didn’t even give her any of her diabetes medication until she was there for 5 days. The nurses are extremely rude. This place should be shut down.

Facility met my needs, clean, staff very refreshing, very responsive, and even when short staff they provided the care needed. They catered to prioritizing and addressed needs on an individual basis. Would highly recommend to you or a loved one if you are in need of care.

Medications were on time, nurses came immediately when needed, people were nice and welcoming. swift and easy discharge. Slower process to recover than I had hoped but overall enjoyed my stay.

There are some good CNAs here like Natalie. The nurses are all good to me, I like Gema and Jonah, they are always helpful. Housekeeping is always cleaning and Natasha is a great hard worker. The food is decent. Not too interested in the activities but I do enjoy going outside and the director and activity aides are nice and helpful.

I enjoyed my stay here for rehab. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating as well! Everyone on staff did their best and Nayna was a sweetie! The food was very good for a nursing home, even better than a few hospitals I've been at. The selections were great and overall very impressed.

Food is pretty good! Housekeeping keeps the rooms and facilities clean daily. I have met many new friends here. Nicole in social services is always available to talk and help in any way she can. I like the activities here and my favorite pass times are group exercises, coloring, and going outside on the back patio to get some fresh air.

There are some great people that are ready to help you when you need it. Bertha is a great housekeeper, she deep cleans so well and is always helpful and nice! Nicole in social services needs to get paid more because she does so much for all of us and ready to listen and help out!

I enjoy being at Spring Creek. The staff treat me with respect. Jennifer my aide is excellent and takes great care of me. Josie and Yvette, my nurses do a great job and are kind. The Food Service Director knows I love coffee and always has a hot cup ready for me. The Administrator and Director of Nursing take good care of their residents and I like then very much. I get to socialize and exercise and Vanessa the activity aide is so sweet. This is a really nice place.

This place is awful. My grandfather was here for almost two years. Unfortunately, he died here. The treatment I received from the administrator of the nursing home was terrible. She could never remember my name. Always referred to my grandfather as my father. No one ever took the time to go over any admissions paperwork with me the day my grandfather was admitted to explain any procedures, his plan of care, nothing. I never once met the doctor that was treating him either. I will say that the nurses and techs that I met while he was there were very sweet and caring and he always spoke very nicely

Well, i dont know about the healthcare industry in general. but i have had a couple relatives in nursing homes. one in joliet was good on hammes ave. one on larkin was terrible. i can honestly say that spring creek is clean. the staff is nice. and they are doing a lot of renovation. i mean the rooms are custom built and gorgeous. the director is this nice lady tasha, who i found out is also a nurse. how good is that. i would say they care, and listen. and have a beautiful place. i suggest going inside to actually see the place for yourself. absolutely a great place! its almost comfortable like
