Horrible horrible service. They don't know what they're doing. Technician said they'd be out in 15 minutes, took them 35. They came without either key blank I needed. Took them 30 minutes to figure that out so the had to go back to the shop and get the keys and then come back taking another 45 minutes. Called originally at 9am to request service and they finally left at 11:45. This was ridiculous and I will never use them again. They refused to even give us a discount. The "boss" in the office said they'd give us an additional key for free but then the tech said he wouldn't. The tech and main boss

Don't use the service here, go somewhere else. The people are rude and unreliable. I locked my key in the office. Called and a rude woman answered, sounds like I own her a millior dolloar. Then a black guy came to open the door. Rediculous service, he said I should be smarter next time so not locking the key isnide, only stupid people lock the key etc.. The guy even told me he could open the door anytime he wants, WHAT??? I feel unsafe. The guys just broke the lock without even trying to pick it. If you have another choice, please go somewhere else or you will be regret.

I just had this company come out to rekey my home. When the tech showed up he was already agitated because he got lost on the way over, so we were already off on the wrong foot. He started on rekeying the door and when he went to put the deadbolt back on he said that it was stripped and he couldn't put it back; though it had worked perfectly prior to removing it. He made 2 attempts then said he needed to take a break and went to his truck for 15 minutes and came back to try one last time. Then, he said he couldn't do it and that I'd need to purchase a new lock. Leaving me with no

I called to DML Locksmith for estimate for my commercial business place to install push bar and Rekey a few locks , David arrive right on time , He check what we need to do , after the estimate that we agree He starts works on the locks , he have all his equipment right in his van and we were able to finish it in less then two hours

We just bought two Yale smart locks, but we weren't confident we could do the installation correctly, plus we needed another dead bolt lock. I called DML late in the day, and they fit me in for the next morning. David was the smith, and he was wonderful. Very professional, efficient and neat. Super nice too. He also re-keyed the new locks to match the key for all our others, plus repaired a dead bolt that was working so hard we could barely turn it. Highly recommend David and his family owned DML locksmiths!

Called for a free estimate to install a "smart lock". First, they are super-responsive and VERY nice folks. My locksmith was David & he provided me with a Waze tracker to see where he was en route. Got there at the exact time he said.
Next: he had the lock set that I wanted, but here is where it sour. He quoted me $400+ for a lock set that was listed on Google as half that. I told him I would pay the service call but I wasn't going to pay that. He went to his truck to talk to his "managers" and reduced it. Install went well, but I will not be recommending due
