We know that our office is only as effective and as welcoming as the people who work in it, which is why we take pride in our friendly and well-trained team members! As a team, we are especially interested in making all our patients feel right at home! We put your needs first to achieve efficient and comprehensive treatment in a supportive and nurturing environment.
Appointments are an important part of your treatment, as time has been reserved specifically for you. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule. We request a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, and we appreciate your cooperation.
We never want costs to stand in the way of quality treatment, which is why we are dedicated to providing our patients with care that is both effective and affordable. Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered.

I was a patient. I was paying half and my dad paying half. I paid slowly over 2 years. And the second my two years of paying was done, they took my braces off. My teeth look awful still. Not really much better then starting. If you lose your retainers then you have to pay $250! The people are nice but they are MUCH nicer and more gentle to kids. They clearly don't want adult patients. The Hugo location seems to be strictly for kids. It was $5,000+ for almost nothing. I wasn't even asked if I like my teeth now. Ugh.
