Thanks to Optimus in Anaheim they found me a job so quick. When in on Tuesday had a interview on Wednesday and will be starting a new job on Monday. The receptionist was very kind and answered all my questions the gentleman name Leonardo was also so kind and got me a interview right away. Definitely 5 stars

I really tried to like this place. Despite all the negative reviews I decided to give it a try.
The receptionist was nice, but over the phone these people lacked phone etiquette. I was transferred to 3 different people just to get information on how to apply. Same thing with one of her co-workers, he comes out while I'm with the receptionist looks at me up and down and doesn't even say Hi, this is standard if you want to make people feel welcome. Then he proceeded to talk about an employee that was not performing, being unreliable, etc. just things one would probably keep between themselves

Something is very fishy about this operation. A job that they dragged me in to interview for went "on hold" after I filled out forms that gave them too much personal information. The very same job description showed up in a next-door city.
I also filled out an online multi-page form that makes me realize that I have given information to what feels like a major scam operation. I do not trust this company! You should not either.

This is by far the best employment agency out there! Believe it or not they really care about each and every applicant. My son has been working for this Agency for a little over 4 months. He always has great things to say about this Agency. I personally had the opportunity to meet Sergio and Ivan, amazing people!! This two folks are very professional and attentive. After my first 2 weeks experience with this agency i'd strongly recommend saving yourself the time and trying else where. Reason being that the lady who interviewed me-alena or lena- told me that she had two jobs lined up for me and that she would email me or call me with the details when she confirms them, that was wednesday, Frday came and nothing still. I took initiative and called and asked to speak with her to see what was going on and i asked if she'd call me back. She called and told me that she hadn't even sent the two jobs my resume yet! I saw that alone as a red flag but

Sylvia from 8810 was very considerate about her work. The way she was very aware of my need for a job, it made me feel like she cared. I wasn't supposed to have her as a recruiter, but she quickly helped me out like if I was someone important & that I mattered. I like that even if work was going by quickly and I was not the only one she had to manage, she still helped me like I was the only one on her list. I appreciate her help. She's kind & straight forward. Without her I don't think I'd have a job by now. Haha. (:

This is the first time i worked with a temp agency but i had the pleasure of working with Sylvia Garcia who handles the Behr account for optimus. She was very helpful in getting me set up, getting me ready for the interview, and got me set up for success. With Behr, I met several people who got hired through other agencies and it always seemed like they had payroll issues with checks not being deposited on time but this was never the case with Sylvia and Optimus. This is a good company to work for and they are very good about answering all of your questions. Thank you Sylvia!
