In 1984 Ed Dudzinski formed Property Trends, Inc., doing business as Atlantic Real Estate Services, by incorporating in the state of New Jersey for the purpose of providing corporate real estate brokerage and consulting services. Atlantic is a licensed real estate broker in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Kentucky and does business throughout North America as well as Puerto Rico.

Individual memberships are held in the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors and the Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute. These organizations are the most prestigious in the commercial real estate brokerage industry, require rigorous educational course work, and a significant track record of accomplishment while adhering to the highest level of ethical standards.

Atlantic Real Estate Services specializes in providing clients comprehensive corporate real estate services throughout North America and Puerto Rico. We provide current market data including availability reports and market analysis. We evaluate facility alternatives with our clients and conduct market and property specific inspection tours.
Richard Greenberg, Senior Vice President of Atlantic Real Estate Services, joined the company in 1992. He is a key member of the Atlantic team and is highly proficient in managing all aspects of his client's real estate requirements throughout the entire transaction cycle.

From his in depth knowledge and experience in many of the country's major real estate markets, his ability to control the deal process, to his understanding of complex project requirements including construction and code compliance issues, Rich has many areas of expertise.During his 30+ years in corporate real estate brokerage he has personally coordinated over 500 corporate lease, purchase and sale transactions.
Brian Dudzinski, Vice President is an industrial specialist and licensed Broker-Salesperson with Atlantic Real Estate Services. Brian continually tracks availabilities, transactions, lease expirations, and market trends in central New Jersey. He helps clients by preparing market availability reports, conducting property tours, and developing and negotiating request for proposals and offers.
Andrew Warren is an industrial real estate specialist and licensed broker-salesperson with Atlantic Real Estate Services. He joined the company in 2015 and covers Exit 12 of the NJ Turnpike and surrounding areas as well as the Bridgewater/Branchburg sub-market. Andrew provides his clients with an exceptional level of market and transaction knowledge.
