Rude employee (Owner's son) took furniture off porches to clean but refused to put furniture back on porches when done cleaning. He didn't want to clean certain areas (stamped concrete) that we agreed would be cleaned in quoted price because he don't think areas were dirty enough to clean even though areas had not been cleaned in 15 years. This included a very large back porch and a front porch. He still expected me to pay original price. I explained to him these areas had not been cleaned in 15 years and was told that I was not an expert like he was. Again, these areas had not

My husband and I are new homeowners and the time recently came to do the dreaded annual maintenance on our home. We found Pressure Kleen after calling around and experiencing non-responsive or outrageous prices and we are super thankful we did. The owner was knowledge, helpful and made sure we were happy with our service and even provided us with a military discount. The service was quick, easy and the results are amazing. I'm unsure how well he does his service because we never got a chance to see him in action. Called to schedule for gutter cleaning. The guy (owner and cleaner, I assume) was on the road so he told me to text my name and number and he'd call me back later that day. Two days later, no answer. So I called back. He apologized and we scheduled for him to come the next Wednesday before noon. Wednesday around two, I called because he hadn't shown up. He acted confused and said "I thought we came by." A no-show! I spoke with Mr. Blackmon on Saturday and we agreed that he would come by and do a pressure wash on my house, driveway and walkway on the following Tuesday. He gave me a reasonable price quote over the phone and assured me that his was a professional company and not one of those outfits that do pressure washing "for beer and cigarette money." We laughed about that and we made a plan to do the job in a few days. Tuesday rolled around and I heard nothing from him. No visit, no call. Next time I better look for someone who is doing it for beer and cigarette money. At least
