Please call our office at (864) 606-3232 to schedule a viewing with one of our friendly leasing agents! We do not accept co-sign situations, however, there is a parental guarantee offered for full-time students. To qualify for this you must provide proof that you are in college full-time and there is a fee of $25 charged to run the parents' credit and income to approve the application.

I absolutely LOVE living here at Barrington! The neighborhood is picturesque making you feel happy to be home. I cant say enough about how great our maintenance staff is. They are on top of everything and you can tell how dedicated they are as soon as you get here. I highly recommend Barrington!
