As a former patient I was given a counselor who abruptly left to take another job with minimal notice. When I contacted beautiful minds to find out what I was supposed to do now that my counselor Jack was no longer employed there they told me I'd be receiving a video chat from my new counselor. I was not given the name of the new counselor and when it came time for my appointments there's nobody calling me. I've left over half a dozen messages and I have not received a call back . I was referred to this company by my insurance company Commonwealth Care alliance . I was going there to receive medication
