4B Landscape & Construction, Inc. is a Women's Owned Business which was created in 2013 and is operated by Jamie Berg, CEO and Gary Berg Jr., COO. We are a full-scale landscape design, installation, and maintenance company servicing residential and commercial clients in the Greater Philadelphia Area.
Our goal is to provide the 4 "B's" (Beauties) of our industry: Landscape, Hardscape, Nightscape, and Servicescape. Jamie Berg is originally from Florida and grew up helping to operate her family's various manufacturing businesses. She learned how to operate all aspects of the businesses from a young age, including bookkeeping, auditing, sales & marketing, etc.

I hired 4B to weed/mulch, remove old bushes and plant new ones, and fill in where a tree was cut down and had an exposed stump and root. When they first came out, I caught their guys trying to dump the bushes that they’d removed behind my fence instead of hauling away. They also did not weed and mulch all the beds initially. The owner, Gary said that he thought that I didn’t want all the beds weeded and mulched—not sure why I’d want to keep weeds. The worst is that he did not take the proper measure to prevent washout when the stump and root were covered. He came out a couple of months
