Took my vehicle there on a Saturday morning to get an extra FOB programmed. It wasn't busy at all. The lady I spoke with said to bring it by in the morning for a short wait otherwise to call ahead if arriving towards the afternoon to see how long the wait would be and if someone would be there for the service needed. I was in and out within 20 minutes AND they were able to program an extra FOB for me without any issues. I saved a ton of $$$ and time by bringing it to them instead of the dealer. Friendly, upfront and efficient. Very much appreciated.

I needed to get a new keyless entry remote for my car, as it had gotten run over and smashed. My car is a push button starter and needed the remote to start it. I had a couple of people recommend Bam to me, so I called them. They quoted me $225.00 for the key and they would come program it on site. The next day I called back to schedule an appointment. A different person answered the phone and told me that it would actually be $250.00 for the key. They asked me to email over pictures to confirm it was the correct key- which I did. They gave me a time window of 11-1. I asked them to give me a 30

Update: So someone from the company responded to my review only to say it must not be their company. Really?Very poor response to an unhappy customer. If I could cut your 1 star in half I would.
I'm sad to say I cannot recommend these guys. I called and was very specific about what I needed- a lock picked and a key made. I was told $40 to come out and pick lock then $45 to make a key. I was really happy when a guy showed up in less than 1/2 hour. It went downhill from there. First, the whole visit was overshadowed by his bad habit of speaking condescendingly and calling me sweetheart. Second

BAM! seems to be the only place near Orlando that one can get a duplicate key made for a BMW.... I called almost every locksmith in town and they all said they did not have the equipment to cut the key, or if they could cut the key, they were unable to code the transponder. All referred me to the dealer...
