The service is always friendly and impressionable. Every time I call to make a monthly payment or ask a question about my policy, I am greeted with a warm reception. If the agent I have specifically called for is out or otherwise indisposed, I am offered assistance by another agent within the same office immediately. I continue to bring my business to this establishment because of the helpfulness and friendly demeanor of the staff. I would readily recommend Pannill & Associates to my friends and family.

Keith is my “insurance guy”… I mean I call him when I need info about any car or house insurance, and always get great feedback and always gotten me what i need in my price range. Needed to get my son off my insurance and on his own, Keith took care of my needs in a timely fashion with no pushy sales pitches. Got me the information I needed, quoted a great price and assisted though out the process. If your looking for a one stop insurance place give Keith at Pannill & Associates a ring. Wonderful Company! I have a commercial policy with Pannill Insurance and whenever I have needed their help in filing a claim, or adding and removing coverage I have been well taken care of!
