The Tigers & Dragons program is for children age 4 through 6. This program is designed for kids to have fun developing strength, balance and coordination while building respect, learning discipline and enhancing focus. Our youth martial arts program is designed for students from age 7 to 12. These classes will help build confidence, develop self-discipline and increase concentration skills through traditional martial arts training.
Joining our classes for teens and adults is a perfect way to learn self-defense, relieve stress and get in shape - and have fun doing it all! Students will learn a blend of traditional and modern martial arts elements.

Services
Martial arts students wear a traditional training uniform known as a dobohk (dobog). Since first time students typically do not have their own uniform yet - wear something comfortable that you can move around in. We will supply our new members with their first uniform as part of their program if they have not received one already.

Team unity is a great martial arts program. My son has been going for months now & he loves it. Master Mac & Mrs Patty are great, from master Mac having so much passion for the craft and always having a answer for every question these little minds come up with & Mrs Patty’s warm smile and patience. The studio is always nice & clean and fully equipped with everything they may need for class, very professional!

I can’t begin to say how valuable these two have been to my 5 year old this past year. Today, he ran faster than I’ve ever seen him run to show me black tape on his belt! And to say he was a great listener and said “I’m so happy for myself!”. That is the best feeling ever! Team Unity is professional and genuinely care about their student’s. I couldn’t ask for a better team for my son!

This Dojo is run by two of the most wonderful people you will ever have the pleasure of meeting! They work with your children on an individual level inspite of the multiple children being taught. They go out of their way to learn who your child is and how they learn best. They encourage parents to watch and learn. Do yourself a favor and visit, you won't be disappointed!

I have 3 kids currently enrolled in the program. Initially my interest in the program was to find something to keep them active during the summer, but has developed into learning respect, patience, self confidence, self defense, and much more.
Brian and Patty make learning fun and keep the kids on their toes!
My son loves the class so much that he has continued learning to count in Korean at home.
Highly recommend the program and hope they continue to grow!

Ms. Patty and Mr. "Mac" (as the kids call him) are amazing!!! They are so patient and kind with children. My son Jackson looks forward to karate every Tuesday and Thursday night. Its a great way for kids to learn discipline and focus on a specific thing. Exercise is important and this is a fun way to incorporate it in your child's routine without calling it exercise. Love this place!!
