I often find that the people who come into my office for a consultation have a skewed view or a difficult time understanding the differences between conservatorship, possession, and child support under the Texas Family Code. After years of trying to verbally explain the differences, I decided to create a visual aid to help our prospective clients better understand the differences between these three areas of law.

Going through a divorce is never fun, but Having Margo by my side really helped make the experience manageable. She educated me about Texas family law and what I could reasonably expect from day 1. She is extremely ethical and really guided me towards what was best for my kids and the long term. When i got emotional and dug my feet in, she let me vent and then guided me back to the big picture. Margo and her staff genuinely care about families and helping her clients through a difficult time. I hope I never need her services again, but if I ever did its nice to know shes only a phone call away

I feel I must get on here and defend Margo with regard to the negative review I just read. Margo and her staff have always been nothing but professional. Margo is a Board Certified Family Law Attorney, they don't just give that title away! It must be earned! I'm a Paralegal in Round Rock (not Family Law), have over 30 years experience in the legal profession, and I have a lot of respect for Margo and would highly recommend her and have! If you want a great attorney you should hire Margo and her team!
Also, I question anyone putting a Review on here and calling themselves "Anonymous" - If you cannot

Margo was the opposing attorney in a custody case concerning my child over the last 2 or so years. She was absolutely horrible. She is as corrupt as they come and has a sense of arrogance and complete disregard for human life and safety. She is just another part of the Williamson County corruption and helped an abusive sociopath maintain custody of our daughter. I was belittled, called names and toyed with, knowing that I did not have representation for most of the case. She abused her power and let an innocent child continue to have her childhood ruined. Her paralegal was a joke and could be seen
