Any collision shop you go to will be crazy busy. However the Collision Repair Shop in Ferndale was very well organized and could give me a definite appointment date and time. This was not the case with other collision shops in Ferndale. The volume and types of repairs that they did made me feel confident in their ability. They had several foreign and domestic brands there for repair. The technicians there do metal work body finishing which is becoming a lost art, highly skilled technicians. Well my repair was fairly small I was able to see other vehicles there for total Reconstruction from accidents

If I can give them 10 stars, I will do it. My Siena car was in the accident, and I sent our car to their shop based on all good reviews on google. They checked our car very carefully and could point out more damages than what the insurance estimated, and take care the whole process with the insurance for us. They are very friendly and professional. Turn out that our car was total loss, which is good for us as it is not safe to drive on the car with frame damage. If I take my car to the another bodyshop, maybe the outcome will not the same. I feel so happy that i found and work with them, especially

One of the best car experiences I've had to date. I was met with extreme focus, and professionalism. You could tell that Lance prioritized answering my questions while juggling multiple customers at a time. He was very determined to communicate with my insurance company and went above and beyond to clarify items with them that there was confusion around. I can't imagine being met with a higher standard!

Highly recommended. Called for an estimate for my insurance, was able to get a same day appointment. They were kind enough to buff out all the scratches for free. They easily could have charged me and I could have been reimbursed by the insurance company but they saved me a lot of time and hassle and just did it for free. This was my first time there and I'm very happy that I decided to choose this place instead of getting ripped off or wasting my time somewhere else.

They were super friendly and knowledgeable. My cars front bumper clips broke and the needed replacing I took the car in to be repaired. They fixed it on the spot and gave us a great deal. The service at the shop is a cut above the rest. I highly recommend them!!

This is a number one collision, I had taken my car here, Tony and Lance did a great job with all repairs... This company has the up-most integrity, and are very honest! The price of the repair was far most reasonable and they beat all prices that I have taken my car too..

I came in to have my F250 repaired. It is a work truck for our business and Lance and his crew did a terrific job putting her back together. When I pulled up to get the truck I drove past it because it was… unrecognizable. Within one week they transformed my 2004 truck into a nearly new looking truck that I now use for estimating.
