Dr. Berardi and his staff were so unbelievably welcoming and friendly during my consultation visit. Although I am not overly experienced with these types of appointments, I anticipated it to be both awkward and uncomfortable. My appointment was FAR from either of these descriptions. Both the patient coordinator, Alicia, and Dr. Berardi really spent the time with me to understand my treatment goals and also educate me regarding the process. The office is top notch, and the staff absolutely follows suit. If you are considering establishing yourself with a plastic surgeon, don't look any further!

Staff is incredibly genuine and welcoming. I had my consultation with Dr. Berardi for a breast augmentation and lift. During my consult, he took his time and helped me find my right size and answered all my questions. Dr. Berardi has his own OR so, they were able to get me a surgery date which is only 2.5 weeks away! I'm beyond excited. Thank you, Dr. Berardi!! :D

I’ve had 3 surgeries so far by Dr. Berardi and each time he makes sure the scars are nearly non existent. My body hasn’t always cooperated with the complicated reconstruction post double mastectomy but at least I know that Dr. Berardi and his super capable staff take their time to get the best possible outcome. Taylor has been my nurse throughout most of this and I am so grateful for her kindness and willingness to tell a funny story if I’m ever nervous about a procedure. The entire office staff is kind and accommodating.

Dr. Berardi is a miracle worker. He actually CARES about his work and his patients. The staff is top notch and amazing. Alicia scheduled me in promptly for an exam and explained everything in detail. The nurses Taylor and Alli were phenomenal and made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend Dr. B to all of my clients and friends. I'd give them all 6 stars if I could.

My experience with plastic surgery was very limited, but I needed help. I had seven pregnancies and with each on the skin on my tummy continued to grow and my breasts continued to sag. I really needed some help. I so enjoyed the wonderful staff and the pre op consultation with Alicia was remarkable. Between her and Doctor Berardi I was calmed and satisfied that I had made the right choice. Thank you to everyone for treating me like family and making my experience so rewarding.

Alicia at Dr Berardi has been amazing and very helpful in preparation of any procedures. She has been instrumental in keeping the schedule and ensures that all is done prior to any procedure. I would recommend Dr. Berardi, he and his pre and post procedure team are excellent. Very caring, great explanations and lots of options given. Dr. Berardi is also very attentive to my needs.

I always have felt that a companies culture and the people who work there are some of the main reasons why people choose one business over another for a service the need. So, it is not hard to realize why Berardi Aesthetics has grown so much and has had a ton of success in the community! The culture Dr. Berardi has created to go above and beyond in making the client feel welcomed, supported, and reassured is extremely unique. Angela the VP is so outgoing and friendly and goes out of her way to connect with people who come in. The material given to me by Courtney was very professional and informative
