City Chiropractic and Massage offer DOT physical exams in Andover Minnesota! Dr. Michael T. Johnson and Dr. Jacob J. Bohnen are trained and certified to perform DOT exams. They are on the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners and are current with all guidelines that the FMCSA has set forth regarding DOT physicals.
City Chiropractic is Certified Drug Screening Professionals (CDSP), Certified Alcohol Screening Professionals (CASP), and Certified Breath Alcohol Technicians (BAT). City Chiropractic are a collection site for both DOT and non-DOT Drug and Alcohol Tests. They conduct drug tests for many reasons including pre-employment, random, reasonable suspicion, post-accident, or return to duty.
City Chiropractic and Massage, in Andover, Minnesota, are Certified Alcohol Screening Professionals (CASP), Alcohol Screening Test Technicians (STT), and Breath Alcohol Technicians (BAT). We are also certified to perform Evidential Breath (Alcohol) Tests (EBT). City Chiropractic and Massage is certified to follow the proper collection and control procedures.
At City Chiropractic and Massage, both Dr. Johnson and Dr. Bohnen are certified in the Cox Technique. The Cox Flexion Distraction procedure is not painful, but rather safe and gentle. It gently opens up space in the irritated segment. It causes the affected disc to eventually move back to its proper place, thus effectively eliminating the cause of the pain and discomfort.

I've been seeing Mike (one of the Whiz Guys) for several years with my employees for random drug testing, DOT physicals and medical cards. Speaking from a commercial driver's perspective, he's been great to work with--prompt, reasonably priced, and does a good job! I also like the fact that I only pay once for the year to do random drug testing, regardless of how many randoms I get selected for. It works out really well. Great job, Mike! I highly recommend him.
