I bought a Certified Civic from them a while back. Nice sales guy, good deal on a used vehicle. At the time I was hesitant because there was some brake throbbing during the test drive. Sales guy and service manager both assured me it was "lot rust". The brakes were rusty after sitting on the lot and it would go away after regular use. Turns out the "lot rust" was a pair of rear rotors than had almost no surface left after only 50k and were on the verge of delaminating potentially due to faulty rear calipers. Really no recourse for me since the rotors are a wear part. Shame on me for not making

Took my Honda Accord in for an oil change and tire & break inspection and was told ,I had zero brake pads on the front and it would cost $520.00 to repair, well, that didn’t fly with me (my breaks we’re stopping and no squeaking)Took my car to another auto clinic and was told there was absolutely nothing wrong with my breaks. I know not to ever trust this dealer ever again. I assume they thought they could easily rip off an elder lady. NOT SO! You deserve less than 1 star.

We came to this dealership close to closing time to look for a lease and Ivan Dunlap, one of the sales reps, assisted us. He went above and beyond and was transparent, straightforward and respectful. No added salesman fuss which is totally appreciated and not easy to find. Refreshing not to be sold a bunch of nonsense or back and forth.
The other managers and financial reps also stayed over to help with the deal and have been direct and easy to deal with as far as communication goes. Nice dealership overall.

Best car leasing experience I could ask for! Ivan is the best car salesman I've ever worked with. He isn't pushy and doesn't pressure you at all, he just listens to what you want and answers your questions directly. Wahid was great too, he didn't try to pressure me into anything either and both were just an absolutely refreshing surprise compared to my past car leasing experiences. I honestly and truthfully wish i would have gone to another dealership. Yeah i might have gotten the same cost but i feel robbed. Back i November i went there and my had my credit ran by OVER 10 DIFFERENT people showing up on my credit report as TEN HARD INQUIRIES and STILL had to pay out $6500 cashiers check up front and had to wait for the vehicle to come in because the dealer said he was off the next day. I should have just said forget it. I was already paying a ton and his boss Mike was just as worse offering me tire insurance and something else. I decided i didn't want the tire insurance

Went in to buy a car that I had an agreed upon price only to find out that the car had been damaged which they didnt disclose and that it wouldnt be ready even if I wanted to buy it. They told me over and over they didnt realize the car I was looking at buying was the one that was damaged. As soon as I mentioned renegotiating a price, as I'm no longer buying a new undamaged car, they said well I guess we will have to part ways then. If they didnt know wouldn't they be open to renegotiating a price since the car was damaged? Al the sales manager had to know and refused to share the

I have a Honda Odyssey that was purchased as a certified used car. I also purchased an extended warranty that is expiring in June 2017. I went in to see if they could check my van out because I noticed a "clunk" when I put it in reverse at times. The service rep then goes on to tell me, "yes we will be happy to check it out for you but if there is nothing wrong with your van, you will have to pay a service fee"....somewhere about $100-125 was the quote I think. If you want to go to them be careful, when you go there they will give the best treatment but when you leave they will not even know you, I bought a van for 20k and starting from the 2nd week I've been visiting them on a weekly basis. Last time I was there it took them 3 days!! Just to fix then window key, 3 days! Shame on them and shame on their costumer service. I will warn you all be careful and don't buy from there.

Not only was the work done properly and to my high level of satisfaction but the staff was polite, accommodating, and provided just the right level of communication regarding updates on progress. My wife and had been doing a lot of research on and finally decided to buy our first new car, a 2016 Civic. We researched the price, and the lowest we found through TrueCar was at Genthe. They were even lower than Costco pricing.

I don't like taking my Honda Civic anywhere else for maintenance or body work. I bought her here under blue book and this is the best maintenance service I've seen. They've been known to vacuum just as a courtesy, are recognized by AAA as a preferred repair shop, don't push unnecessary service (another place told me to replace the tires, so I got a second opinion here and they recommended just a rotation even though I brought up replacement), and will have you in and out in a reasonable time.
