Bus companies are notorious for poor service and lacking professionalism. As an event planner, I can attest to having worked with some of the worst! And thankfully, Portland LX Limo saved my event by working with our budget and timeline. They were very organized and thorough with their communications. And the best part - they showed up early! I will definitely work with them for future events.

This is NOT a local company, but rather a broker that operates nationwide driving up your cost exploiting local limo and party bus companies. Call someone local! The booking experience is painful, the customer service is insincere, and I lost faith early in the process before actually reserving. I wouldn't even bother.

Worst service ever. I called about a week in advance to reserve a ride to the airport. 1st is was an arduous process to reserve - I had to take a pic of my credit card to send to them (I should have known then).
I had an early morning flight and made to sure to ask several times if a 3:15 am pickup was feasible. I was assured that it was.
3:15 came and went with no car and no phone call. I phoned them and the guy who answered put me on hold for a bit, after which he came back on the line to say that he was trying to reach my driver. Trying to reach my driver??!! I have a flight to catch! It
