After many years of regularly ordering boxes from Allurepack, the service has gone downhill. There is no accountability.
It was great in the beginning, boxes were delivered within a week without fail. Now it's taking months. Which is fine if they inform you to begin with, but there is no notification or contact from the company as you wait in the dark.
We have to waste our time and go chasing after our unfulfilled orders. After contacting the company two months later they said they will tell the warehouse to work on an order from May 2021 that was supposedly "backordered" when we placed the order

I'm simply amazed at the speed and quality this company consistently delivers. I'm a repeat customer, and I appreciate the quality and lovely uniqueness of their jewelry boxes. They are the perfect finishing touch for the antique jewelry I sell in my Etsy store. Love the quality, the price is great too, and I'm still having a hard time believing that the order I placed just two days ago (during the Christmas rush, no less) is already here! Great company to work with. Not only did I get everything I needed, but the boxes they didnt have that I want charged for at the time they shipped out to me as soon as they got them without any reminder. The bust I ordered is working out well for photographing jewelry. I look forward to doing business with them again.
