Services
Serving West Central Pennsylvania, we take pride in our mission of "helping people live independently every day with quality care" by continuously revisiting our programs, trainings, and services. Board members guide the organization by sharing experience and knowledge in working toward an inclusive, accessible community for all.
All gifts, regardless of the amount, are important to Unlimited Care. Funds have been used in the recent past to support trips and workshops for our Ability Works Activity Program, purchasing assistive technology, creation of new programs, and many other projects. If you wish to designate your gift for a specific purpose, please note when making your donation.
Our caregivers are trained in First Aid and CPR, lifts and equipment, proper techniques, cooking, as well as potential ability-specific scenarios. Quality care is our number one priority. Our staff undergo an extensive paid-training program with scenarios located both in-office and in-the-home.

During in-office training, new staff are joined by a few of our superstar clients who walk them through what it's like to work together, listen, and adapt to someone else's needs and preferences.Provides first level technical assistance and support while possessing the ability to diagnose, isolate and implement solutions related to computer systems, telecom, hardware and software.

Was supposed to be part time hire ended up full time, which I couldn't handle. I'm highly allergic to cats but I was constantly put in homes with cats, so I had to go home, waste of gas. Promised to keep me in my area and didn't get scheduled for my area. Had issues with a supervisor who became mad at me and refused to talk to me because of it. Not sure if I would recommend anyone to work here or not. Like all jobs there's good and bad.

Never hire this place. This agency constantly lied to us about hours worked. I would imagine they will be under investigation for fraud at some point. They defrauded our family out of so many hours its sick. Horrible company. The would would be a better place without this joke of a agency. Their objective is simple...spend the least amount of time at a clients house while billing for as much as possible.

I don't recommend working for this agency, unfortunately due to the unorganized and unprofessional office staff. They definitely made the job more stressful than what it should have been. The clients were wonderful and made the job worth it. But from the clients complaints, I would recommend another agency first before you try AUCP.

Really enjoyed meeting all the residents I did. They were all so wonderful. However, office staff etc. we're terrible. I became pregnant and they wanted a Dr. note stating so, the next day I had it faxed up there and then HR lady gave me a really difficult time after I did everything that was needed to continue to work. Proseeded to tell me she couldn't have me working for the company anymore because I was pregnant. Long story short, she told me I should have kept my legs closed. ABSOLUTELY discriminated me.
