She graduated from the University at Buffalo in 2008 and received the opportunity to begin her career in aesthetics in 2010. She strives to provide her patients with honest consults and quality work.

So, I gotta say, I had two experiences with Sadie here and neither were super great. The last time I was in for a steroid injection for a cystic pimple before an event and she was kind of rude and just rubbed me the wrong way. I’ve had a steroid injection twice before at my dermatologist office and it was fine. This time, left me with an indented scar where she injected. I know if you use the proper amount that’s unlikely to happen and I just feel like it felt rushed and unpleasant and now I have a scar on my face. So overall I’m not really happy with my experience.

I’ve just finished my laser hair removal package and had my first Botox here and I am consistently happy and impressed! I go to the Sheridan location and every person I’ve spoken to from the providers to the front desk are so kind and welcoming. They’re incredibly helpful and make it worth my 30 minute drive there because of how comfortable they make me and the great service. Thrilled with my results from the services and will continue to HIGHLY recommend and go here myself :)

After spending months debating on where to begin my Medi spa journey, I chose to make a lip filler appointment here for august 2nd.. under the impression lip filler was $650. At checkout I was told it was $700 beginning august 1 (would have been nice to know.. but no big deal.. typical)..
Let’s just say my lips look exactly the same as before, and I have full lips to begin with. I’m not sure what type of filler they used.. when I asked her what she was using she replied with “filler”. Duh… I walked around with swollen and bruised lips for three days expecting at least the slightest change

I've was introduced to Jenna almost 6 years ago. She has been doing my botox every 4 months since! If you are considering any type filler/Botox I cannot begin to recommend this practice enough! Sadie is amazing, she makes sure you have a complete understanding before making any decisions, and also makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire experience. This practice will be the only place I go to receive any type of skincare/treatment in the future, highly recommended!

Let me start off by saying, I was that girl who always said, “I will never get botox.” I said this until I noticed my 11’s more in the sun, then I knew I needed to find somebody to help correct them ASAP. I was referred to Jenna through a couple of friends, so I made my appointment upon returning home and she made the experience enjoyable and easy. She has the sweetest soul and she is beyond professional, her workspace is clean and she masters her talent beyond measure. She will always put your best interest first, never recommending something that doesn’t make sense or is “too much.”

Went to see Sadie twice for my lip fillers. She built them up to exactly what I wanted. She is fantastically talented and knowledgeable in her field, she explained everything wonderfully. Jenna has cultivated a best in class facility with the staff to match- from Amy at the front desk to Sadie assisting Jenna, I am very impressed with technique, knowledge and experience to handle a situation that at most places would have been a reschedule and turn it around into a complete success. Jenna always makes me feel so comfortable when I am at her office. She was the first person I received Botox from and she will be my last! I have gotten my lips and filler from her as well, and I am SO THRILLED with my results every time. She is so friendly and very knowledgeable regarding what products she thinks would work best for you based on what you are trying to achieve. She really listens to what your goals are before even picking up a needle! She tells you the plan... then gets excited about the results to come along with you! You can really tell she loves what she does.
