I've used Robert Mack of A and D Plumbing before this incident, which I will post. He responded in a timely way. And was nice face to face and back then did his work ok. However while installing a new faucet, he broke a piece of tile around the sink. I let it go as I knew him personally.
Now I've moved into a new place and asked him to give me an estimate on our Bosch Instant hot water heater.... he described what he could do...and quoted an astronucal price along with what he had to do. He was wrong, as after I spoke with the company directly, I was told NO. I would need a much bigger

Robert Mack is the real deal. We had recently purchased a home in Whitefish and his company had installed a water heater a year or two before the home purchase. Woke up one morning without hot water a couple days into our home purchase. He immediately answered the phone and described the operation of our power vent water heater which was back up and running in a couple minutes. He also talked me through options on the another plumbing project. Highly recommend, we'll be doing business with his company again.
