Bought a used car and was super happy with my experience. Low fees, low taxes, set up everything over the phone, and just came in to pick up the car and sign a couple docs. The only dealership I will ever go to after my purchase today. BRADY was the greatest person and made this so easy. I found this car online and he drove an hour and a half when I got off work so my husband and I could check out the car. He truly went above and beyond to help me with everything I asked for. What started out as a minor repair turned into a major one -- no one's fault; there was more wrong than initially estimated. The work took quite a while because some parts were slow in coming. Crumps gave me a loaner car at no charge and were very conscious keeping me informed about the repairs. Because of the unanticipated extra work, their service manager gave me a discount on the labor. Crumps is honest and customer-oriented. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Our truck broke down on a cross country trip over the Fourth of July weekend. Nick and Spencer were absolutely fantastic to work with and went the extra mile to help us out. They worked with us on our trade and we felt like they had our best interest at heart through the entire process. We live in AZ, but would make a point to come back and buy from these guys again. We truly appreciate their kind nature and low pressure style. We’re back to being happy campers again!
