Nancy is awesome, she gives personalize service, she interviews her client to find out what they really like and makes constructive suggestion. She just doesn't start hacking away at your hair. She understands that haircuts can be a worrying experience for some and tries to assure them that they will only get the style that they are comfortable with. Prepare to have a friendly chat with her if it's your first time as she really likes to get to know her customers. She follows them up to make sure that they like the style that she did for them.
