Although I felt I was blindsided by fees not brought to my attention before I received the funds, I'll give it a 5 stars. This is due to them assisting me to some degree. And I wasn't able to accomplish what was necessary because of the extra fees, so I tried to borrow more. And even though I was declined, for reasons I don't understand, I still sent someone to them to get a loan. I've simply learned to accept the things I can't change, change the things I can and pray for the wisdom to know the difference. So I appreciate what you did for me and will recommend you to others.

Completely unprofessional. Customer service was at an all time low and reps moved with no sense of urgency. Not to mention, there were several grammatical errors in written correspondence. Please advise, you as the client, we will need to double verify every step along the way throughout your lending process.
