We had Fresh Start clean our carpets and they did a great job (way better then stanley steamer) the two guys that can were on time,got right to work and took the time to clean the heavy traffic areas as they did the rest of the carpets. Our carpets and grout were overdue for a good cleaning. I read these reviews and called Art. We scheduled for the following week. The guys showed up and assessed what needed to be done. They were professional and friendly. They got to work and were done within two hours. My tile and carpets look brand new! I will definitely recommend Fresh Start and will continue to use them in the future. It's a must with two dogs! I highly recommend calling Art!

I highly recommend Fresh Start Carpet Cleaning services. I was a little upset the day they did my carpets. They did not arrive on time. However, they did call to inform me they would be late. My mood quickly changed when they got here. They were very professional and did an excellent job. My carpets look great!!!! So happy with this choice. I contacted Fresh Start, Art got back to me immediately and they came out the following day to complete the job. I was worried bc in addition to regular wear from foot traffic we had multiple stains from when our dog was having digestive issues, but the carpets look absolutely 100% like new! Would definitely recommend for future work.

I was very excited to see the major transformation of my carpet after hearing great things from this company on Facebook and Yelp, but was completely disappointed!! Our appointment was for 9:00 AM and the technician did not show up until after 9:40 and didn't even call until 9:30 to say he was running late. In the meantime we were frantically calling Fresh Start, (on hold for 15 minutes) sending emails, replying to Arts email that said they'd be here at 9:00 on Jan 3. What Fresh Start did to our carpets was nothing short of magnificent. Wish I had been using them all along. Very reasonable price, courteous, respectful. The Technician that did the work (DJ) is an upstanding gentlemen...smart, sharp, and clean cut. He also took extra care to address troublesome areas that I thought could never be properly cleaned. I was lucky enough to have a friend recommend Fresh Start to me. They came out to clean my carpets today. I cannot believe how amazing my rugs look. My family room was very stained and now looks like new. The… men who cleaned my carpets were courteous, polite and wanted to make sure I was satisfied. Just moved to NJ from Oklahoma and our new place needed our carpets cleaned out. I looked on here and found a couple of places that had good reviews but Art actually took the time to explain how they clean our carpets and was able to fit us in before our movers brought in our furniture. The two gentlemen that came by were on time if not a bit early, which I like businesses that are earlier than later. This company was great. Got back to me within a day of me filling out an online inquiry. We got our couches cleaned (to rid them of puppy pee) and the father and son did a great job and left everything smelling like fresh peppermint. The couches sparkled when they left and they left no mess at all. I was nervous about the visit but it really paid off. And by looking at other prices, they have rockstar pricing too. Everything is affordable and accurately priced. Only one cushion smells a little like pee but the rest is clean and fresh. Awesome guys, Arthur, the owner, is a very personable man.

I hired Fresh Start to clean the carpets and upholstery Hadn't had my carpets professionally shampooed for several years and a few of the rooms needed special attention due to high traffic areas. Art and his son did an excellent job and were very professional. My entire house smells so fresh and my carpets look brand new again. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.
