Krav Maga is an Israeli based hand to hand system, which was developed in the late 40's at the Wingate Institute in Netanya Israel, for the Israeli Military. It is a very direct, no nonsense self defense system. In the late 70's/early 80's it began being taught to civilians for simple and direct self defense.
It's is now one of the top systems used world wide to train military, law enforcement, and civilians. At our facility, most of our instructors are certified though the Wingate Institute and travel to Israel for a full week of training each year. Master Tom is one of the highest ranking guys in the US from Wingate and is part of their International staff in charge of training other instructors.

Our Tiny Champs program is a program specifically designed to meet the needs of preschoolers (3 & 4 year old). In this program children have a BLAST while learning important developmental skills. Developing confidence, coordination, balance, and social skills through fun martial arts based games is our prime objective in this program.

Our adult Krav Maga instructors received their instructor training from the birthplace of Krav Maga; the Wingate Institute in Netanya Israel. You will learn the tactics, principles and mindset to keep you safe in a violent world.
Metro Krav Maga & Kickboxing Summer Martial Arts Camp is a 2 weeks of fun-filled, skill-building activities for all kids ages 5-12. Camp is open to everyone; no previous training is required. We have a FUN 2 weeks martial arts camp; allowing kids to experience a fun, action packed camp experience; while still allowing parents to enjoy summer activities with their children.
