Don't use this company. ADL Logistics and it's owner Rod will lie directly to you and make promises they will not carry through with. ADL and Rod promised to deliver my motorcycle, but did not pick it up for more than a week while it incurred daily storage charges. Rod repeatedly promised that ADL would cover the storage charges, but then refused to pay them.

Worst company to go through ,as they hand off your shipping to another shipper and I got the following company which was just as bad-----
GD LOGISTICS. They damaged my vehicle when taking it off the trailer
and the drivers took off before we could sign the BOL to show proof
of what we watched them do. I contacted both companies and got the run around. NEVER AGAIN.

This company offered me a quote on my original shipping site. Lead me to believe if I went directly to there website No service charge & the rate would be cheaper. Which was true! Here's where it went down hill. Through texting I explained I already had a pickup scheduled on 10/16/21 but was told they would pickup sooner & cheaper! I stressed are you sure BC I didn't want to cancel if they couldn't pick it up sooner. Was told YES! We will. So I booked it! MISTAKE!! THEY TOOK $95 DEPOSIT NEVER CONTACTED ME! DIDN'T RETURN MY EMAILS OR CALLED ME! DIDN'T PICKUP MY

First time shipping a car and it’s kind of a web of haulers. Adl was the best price and communicated perfectly. My car arrived at the exact delivery time and the driver was fantastic. Highly recommend them. Thanks adl.

This company stole my deposit, let the truck I need for work sit for roughly a week past when they said they'd get it for me, and they put me on hold until they closed and went home without ever picking up. Unless you like throwing away money to NOT get your car, don't use this company.

ADL knew we were moving out of state and was supposed to find someone to get our car from a hotel. The hotel valet was 60 bucks per night and we ended up waiting two additional days for a pickup then never occurred. They didn't come the first assigned day or the second assigned day.

Consequently, we had to change our flights bc the valet didn't want to release the car to them.

The guy who answered the phone in FL was a smooth talker. He says he will call back but never does.

Citizen shipper is manipulating their reviews, clearly. Stay far away.

After chasing a status for 7 days and being told daily that the "load will be picked up by the end of the day today", I found out that they never even had a driver assigned/scheduled for the pick up. I cancelled the load and they had the nerve to call the shipper to try to save the load- unbelievable.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR DEPOSIT! I have a feeling most of these 5 star reviews are either fake or only a by-product of everything moving completely perfect. This was hands down the worst business I have ever dealt with of any kind. Not only did they steal my deposit which apparently happens frequently with this company ( you can see many 1 star reviews on citizenshipping.com of this exact problem ) but after they failed to book me a driver, they stopped responding to my emails and calls. If u want your bike to be safe without turning over r falling over & getting dent r scratched up u definitely need to go with ADL Logistics. Everything was clear & explained & the transaction was very smooth & very professional & they kept me inform throughout the whole process. I new exactly when the bike was pickup & was inform the day before the bike was gonna b delivered. The bike got to me a day before they originally told me but I was notified in plenty of time. I have used several shipping companies over the yrs & ADL LOGISTIC will be my only option whether I am getting or selling.

I recently had my New Motorcycle delivered by one of ADL logistics drivers. I was rather worried about my bike since I've been searching for this particular model bike for more than 4 years. Well my bike was delivered slightly ahead of Schedule and in flawless condition and the driver was very personable and polite and I couldn't be more satisfied. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone..

I have shipped several cars in the past and it's always iffy at best. This company was the best one ever! They picked up super fast with an excellent company. They charged a very fair price. I don't know what some companies are thinking trying to charge double what it should be. I will definitely use ADL again. Wisconsin to Southern California in 3 days. AMAZING!

ADL seems to just be a middle man who overpromises what they can deliver. They seem like nice enough people, but after three weeks of empty promises they still had not found a shipper to pick up my motorcycle. I just found a shipping company of my own and skipped the middleman, which worked a lot better. Then they didn't refund my deposit so I had to file a credit card dispute. I would definitely advise moving on to another company.

I'd love to leave a good review, I really would. I understand it's trying times and difficult to make ends meet these days but it gives the truck driver absolutely no right to attempt to grope my genitals. He proceeded to tell me it was okay and tried again and started saying something in what I assumed to be Arabic? My wife and child weren't directly behind me and were mortified. Not only was my vehicle delivered late but I had to explain to my 7 year old why the disturbed man was trying to wrestle me. Very unprofessional.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Husband has called numerous times for updates. Now it's been almost 10 business days since requested pick up date. Driver finally assigned and then there was no room on the truck and we did not recieve a phone call from adl telling us this. We found out from the driver who said we should have recieved a call from broker (adl). Not to mention their sketchy business hours of using west coast and east coast times. Do not reccomend.

I recently used ADL Logistics, while moving 2 vehicles from Miami, FL to Bay City, MI. While looking around and comparing many companies, I decided to utilize ADL Logistics based on giving me the best price, delivering to exact location (many companies would only ship to Detroit) and no additional fees beyond the initial quote. When the driver arrived he was very thorough checking on the cars and making sure we did a walk around together on each of them. The driver kept in constant contact with me on a daily basis and was on-time for the arrival. I am extremely pleased and when I am moving again

These guys stayed on top of everything with the pandemic going on & my move getting pushed back a few months. Had my car shipped from Florida to Nevada & was scheduled for 7 days. They had it here in 4!! Great work, expect more business from my friends & family.

Well still waiting 2 weeks later and 3 commitments and car is still abandoned on the other side of the country

It has been a month since my Vehicle was supposed to be shipped. Keeps making excuses. Will seek new comapany. IF somethjng changes I will update review.

I've used ADL twice this summer and it's worked out smoothly both times. They use good drivers and are price competitive. Also, they communicate well and keep you in the loop on the progress of your delivery. I'd recommend them if you need to ship a car or motorcycle.

ADL Logistics is the best! They communicated via email, text and phone....always keeping me as the customer informed. The driver was very professional, exceptional customer service and delivered my vehicle on time. I will use there services again and again and again!!!!!!!

Highly recommend ADL LOGISTICS! I ordered a vehicle transport from Denver, Colorado to Las Vegas, Nevada. This was my first time shipping a vehicle but the ADL Logistics agents made my experience a breeze.

Their booking process was fully automated;I placed my booking , was greeted by my agent and received my pickup and delivery itinerary as promised.

I have read the other Yelp reviews and was very hesitant in trying them out. However, I was pleasantly surprised. They were very transparent and open with the whole process. Had ADL ship my Audi from Texas to Phoenix, and what a great experience. I had never done vehicle shipping before so had no clue what to do or expect but I honesty didn’t have to do anything! They had my car picked up the very next day from scheduling with them and it arrived at my door the day after that, I couldn’t believe how easy it was and what great customer service they provided as well as updates and great communication. Highly recommend and I will use them again if I need my vehicle shipped. Also, their price was untouchable by anyone else that I got a quote from.
