Great customer service. They did miss a part of the damage that I had already paid for but they made sure to keep my car only two days more and have it looking amazing when I got it again. Also cleaned the interior for a reasonable amount. Overall great experience. A little difficult to find but worth it.

Always a positive experience! Steve and Anthony always go the extra mile to keep my truck in good condition. There is always something with an old truck, but they help me prioritize what to fix now, and what I can hold off on, for my 2005 Ford Ranger. They went above-and-beyond to make sure I could safely make a road trip with my work truck. All went smoothly and I truly appreciate it!

Heard from a previous customer that Steve could probably drive my van and diagnose what was wrong. He did exactly that. After a hair-raising trip to Denver and back with the wrong shock absorbers, I now can confidently drive the van anywhere I like. He also suggested that the gearbox be adjusted to tighten the steering a little bit more and I will be even happier with how the van handles. I would also like to mention Adam, I spoke to him quite a bit on the phone and was often at the front desk. I hope he’s being paid well because he is delightful and knowledgeable and very willing to coordinate

Needed work done on the ac and other usual maintenance. Was provided a reasonable quote and my car was ready in about a day and a half. So far everything I had done seems to be holding up great. After having my car for a couple of days I received a call and was told I was overcharged by about $32 and was immediately offered a refund or a free oil change. I never would have noticed the overcharge so I greatly appreciated the honesty and will be back in a few thousand miles for a free oil change.

They tried to charge me 650.00 bucks to change starter it's only about 300.00 plus part... I since then have talk to someone and they called and said the desk guy Adam was wrong and they gave me the money back for the diagnosis.The place could be great but the front desk needs to learn how to price. The mechanics are great tho!

I was recommended here by Adam who is a family friend of ours and currently works at the shop! so glad I took the advice and brought my 1998 Honda Accord to them! They replaced two parts on my car (ball joint, and a rod) did a alignment and battery service! I am so happy with the outcome, my car drives so much better now! I am bringing it back asap to get my belts done! they are affordable and they do a great job! Very professional service from Adam and team at One Stop Auto Care. I took in my daughter's 2010 mini Cooper which needed a new AC compressor. Very well priced - I shopped around. Professional team of guys, everything done on time and on price. New AC compressor and now now very cold air. I highly recommend these guys and will be coming back as this was my first time there!

I chose One Stop because of their participation in the Costco auto program. From the moment I walked in, I felt like a valued customer. Steve listened to my concerns and provided me with a full diagnostic on my vehicle, including pictures and video, that same day. He explained everything and made recommendations but honored my requests when denying specific services. My son and I were on our way home from a Grand Canyon hike to Mobile, Alabama. We had work and appointments pending. Our car had a total clutch failure while going through Albuquerque (there were signs of failure were prior to the trip). We had the car towed to One Stop Auto Care. They provided a verbal estimate pending physical confirmation (which allowed us time to ponder options). They promptly brought the car into a bay and and physically confirmed the issue. On 9/20/2018 I took my vehicle (2008 Lexus IS250) to One Stop because my Power Steering light came on. At first I was advised that a Power Steering evaluation would be done for $40.00. I later receive a call stating that a Digital Diagnosis is needed for $100.00. I agreed to the Digital Diagnosis. The next call I receive, is to question me about any accidents the vehicle has been in. I advised the technician that the vehicle has not been in any accidents. The technician proceeds to advise me that the rim's on my car have scraps and that is the reason why my Power Steering is having issues

Had some serious brake issues with my car. Initially went to Brake Masters, which wanted to charge me nearly $1,000 to fix. Finally ended up going to One Stop Auto Care on the advice of a co-worker. Not only did they explain the problem in simple detail, but they were able to get it fixed in a few hours and only charged me about $200. After five months, the brakes are still working like a champ. This is the best auto repair shop I've been to in Albuquerque. I'll definitely bring my car here from now on.

And I LOVE LOVE LOVE the auto history online service provided. I can go back and check what was done...because I will lose the paperwork. I can see when the next service is due...ain't no way I was gonna remember that!

Looked up this place on Yelp,and the review of this place were all 5 star ratings,and I gotta contribute my 5 stars,this place is excellent!! The staff was excellent and Steve was extremely helpful and listened to my experience at another place,and I can definitely say One Stop Auto Care was way better than the other place I visited, One Stop was very professional and I even received a text about the condition of my vehicle followed by a phone call, My vehicle was fixed same day.

I was sent here by the company that handles my car warranty and I'm so glad they sent me to One Stop Auto Care. They were very friendly and professional and had my car fixed much sooner than I expected (I had it back the same day). They also offer free towing with their service. I brought my car in for an alignment and brake service yesterday and had a very good experience. Steve and his employees were friendly, they gave me a ride home and picked me up when my car was ready, and the pricing was reasonable. A dealership might charge $80 for an alignment, somewhere like Big O Tires might charge $70, but One Stop charged $60. I'll be going back to them.
