Integrity-Dixie Oak Manor is a small Assisted Living Community focused on personalized senior care. Since 1994 our mission is to create a positive, nurturing atmosphere for each resident. We strive to keep residents engaged and active, while providing full supervision for their wellbeing. We love what we do!
Integrity-Dixie Oak Manor was built specifically with senior housing needs in mind for assisted senior living. Residents can choose spacious private rooms or companion rooms; furnished or unfurnished. Baths are extra-large and closet space is generous. Rooms include cable television and WiFi, complete linen, laundry and housekeeping services all at one affordable monthly rate.
Daily activities and camaraderie is an important part of the equation that makes up a happy, well balanced quality life. Residents at Dixie Oak Manor are offered regularly scheduled exercise programs, entertainment and daily activities as well as quiet time to play cards, read or watch movies together.
Assisted living at Dixie Oak Manor opens the door to new friendships and companionship. Join other residents in any or all of the events and happenings that go on daily. Residents enjoy everything from strolling amongst our oak trees along our walking path, to in house board games, socials, outings and so much more.
Respite Care (weekly/monthly caregiver vacation) is also available at At Dixie Oak Manor we are happy to be able to offer respite care which is weekly or monthly caregiver vacation. Our staff will provide a temporary break for home caregivers by offering a safe environment with social engagement and daily activities and entertainment for your loved one.

Ever since the new management took over this, 'once VERY lovely place', it hit the fan! NOT ONE THING about this place is nice!! The food is less than acceptable, more patients with bedsores than ever!!
They refused to call ambulance when needed. This happened to me! I had to threaten them! Still ignored, so I called for help!! They nearly killed my husband!! The last 2 years the death rate doubled!! If you are thinking about leaving your loved one here....don't!
