The benefits of massage therapy include greater flexibility, deeper and easier breathing, improved blood circulation, reduced blood pressure, a strengthened immune system, relief from tension headaches, enhanced capacity for calm thinking and creativity, and fostering a feeling of well-being. Getting a therapeutic massage offers countless health benefits.
Reflexology is performed to improve internal organ function. The simple theory of reflexology is based on enhancing energy flow through all parts of the body by using a specific form of pressurized touch on the feet. The intention is to activate the flow of energy through more than 7,000 nerve endings on the sole of the foot, through various pressing, pulsing, holding and kneading actions.
We use Reiki as a natural healing technique. Your practitioner channels energy through their hands and in a particular pattern. It is entirely gentle and stimulates the body's own innate ability to heal the root of the problem, promoting holistic balancing of the body, mind and spirit. Clients remain fully clothed laying comfortably on a massage table.
AIS is intensely focused on stretching specific muscle fibers to reach optimal lengthening of muscle groups. Great for athletes and those looking to increase flexibility and increase circulation. AIS is a unique method that avoids triggering the protective stretch reflex - providing maximum benefits to restore full range of motion without opposing tension or resulting trauma.
CST is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called "craniosacral system" - comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. Craniosacral therapy uses a soft touch, generally no greater than 5 grams of pressure.

I've taken my daughter to Maurice for sports massages for a number of years. He is so knowledgeable and has always done such a great job. Just recently went to Maurice due to pulled muscle and lots of pain. He relieved so much discomfort on only the first visit. Highly recommend him!

Scheduled an appointment with Kelly for a reflexology session and it was the best experience ever. Everyone needs to inquire about reflexology and all of its benefits.
