This was my first time using Cousins. From making the appointment to picking up my car it was one of the best experiences I have had with and auto repair shop. They kept me informed of the requested repairs and also made suggestions for other work that I could accept or decline. They gave me a timeline for when the suggested repairs should be done and also automatically scheduled my next oil change. I will be returning when I need future work done.

I felt really taken care of at Cousins. Their communication is top notch and transparent. They send videos of the work they’ve done and if they find any other work they could potentially do, they send a link for you to approve or deny services with a breakdown of price. That hasn’t always been the case with mechanics I’ve had in the past that go ahead and do the extra work without consent and I’ve ended up with a bigger bill than expected or budgeted, so it was really refreshing having this experience with Cousins. And since most communication is done through text, the process was smooth

They provided a video of the work that needed to be done and even gave me a copy of a recall that I never received from the car company that pertained to a problem that needed to be fixed! Excellent and Honest Service I highly recommend

A/C died in the middle of a heat wave! I was amazed that I was able to get an appointment in a few days. Online appointment was fairly easy and got a confirmation the next morning.
I generally like to walk around the car with the service tech. But I’m pretty busy these days. So the video of the vehicle health check was the next best thing. Maybe even better sine I could replay it if I missed something.

After visiting family for a week in Massachusetts I saw the “check engine light” go on when I was about to make a 5 hour drive back to New York on a Sunday. I stayed an extra night instead and arranged to come in to Cousins first thing Monday morning. This was the first time I ever saw this warning on my car and I didn’t want to take the risk of driving. Luckily it was something minor and was diagnosed and fixed easily and quickly. Service was professional, friendly and fast. It was such a relief. I highly recommend. Thanks to AAA I discovered this wonderful mechanic shop and received a 10

I'm new to Ipswich and, as folks know, finding a trusted auto mechanic/garage is a crucial transition issue! I believe I've found my Ipswich mechanics! I was very pleased with the transparent approach to work that needed to be done (sending a video that detailed and explained the issues), the good communication before, during, and after work, the ease of scheduling an appointment, and their overall friendly and courteous behavior. They even protect the inside of your car from dirt, grease, etc. My car felt great after the work!
