Little Arrows Childcare Center ("LACC") is literally a childhood dream that has become a reality. It is locally owned and headquartered in the Forest Park, Seven Hills, and Mount Healthy areas on the corner of Hamilton Avenue and Waycross Road. The first location was licensed in February and opened in March of 2019 under the administration of its founder and visionary, Janeine Williams Borden.
Janeine always had the desire to create a warm and cozy space for children to come to while their parents were away working and/or in school. She wanted them to feel as though they were visiting their "second home" and with the help of our staff we have achieved that for our children. Our staff are experienced and/or educated in early childhood education and child development.

Services
It has been a life long vision of mine to own a childcare center that feels like a family to everyone who is a part of it. Children are the anchors to our futures and the most important investments that we can make. I believe they are like arrows being shot from our hearts and will provide the most rewarding returns.
LACC is a Step Up to Quality rated program and uses The Creative Curriculum for our daily lesson planning and activities for ages 6 weeks to 4th grade. All programs are customized to your child's progress, needs, and age. For more information, please call today! We provide a safe, clean, and loving infant program designed to meet each child's individual needs.
Once account is created and information provided, click Schedule Appointment Now for your tour and/or enrollment appointment. Tuition payments can be made via CashApp to $LACCCinti (please be sure to provide your child's name in the Memo section) or by credit card. Unfortunately, children are unable to attend LACC unless they appear on our KinderConnect attendance roster and/or their weekly tuition has been paid in full.
All Staff must be at least eighteen years of age, able to provide a completed medical statement, and successfully pass an FBI/BCI Background Check. Staff that work directly with children must have completed a high school education or equivalency program. Thank you for considering LACC for employment.

I moved my son from a home daycare (which we loved) when he turned 3. He immediately fell in love with the school. He loved the play room and all the bright/colorful things in the classrooms. I am in love with the ENTIRE facility. It's clean and well organized. The staff care about the kids and give DAILY updates with photos, videos, what they ate, when they napped, when they pottied, etc.
They go outside to play and they learn something new everyday. My son has learned so much in the last 3 months. We can tell, because his language skills have expanded exponentially! He is now coloring inside

My children have been attending this facility for almost 3 years. Not once have I looked for another center. It's a center that keeps the children engaged and knowledgeable. My children have learned so much there, it's unbelievable. They are clean and safe. Out of 3years the only incident reports are between my own children .
I always recommend them! Definitely deserving of their 5 star rating from me and the Step up to Quality, šš½. I really appreciate their business!

My kids are absolutely loving being a part of this daycare. They are so good with the kids and I love that they keep me constantly updated on the app with pictures and videos of my littles. ā¤ The staff are very professional and so easy to talk to and after only 2 weeks my kids have already learned so much. Highly reccomend for anyone in the area looking for childcare.

The staff make the Childrens safety the 1st priority. I have observed the professionalism of the staff making the children feel relaxed and welcomed to be there. I teach 1st Aid & CPR to the staff, which I ensure the staff understands the importance of knowing how to render care if needed. They take there time in teaching the children. A great child care center I would trust them with my little person. I canāt say enough about this Child care center if we just look at the word CHILD CARE CENTER IT SPEAKS FOR ITSELF CHILD CARE!!!!

I just want to thank LACC for welcoming my son with open arms as we had to relocate him at the last minute due to Covid. They were very patient and understanding as we went through the transition phase. My son loves his new teachers and friendsāŗ I truly appreciate everyone's efforts each and every day in making sure the kids are learning and well taken care of!
