English Village Manor is a 128-bedroom facility that has been serving Altus and Jackson Counties for over 40 years, providing an environment wherein residents feel safe, comfortable, and free from worries. Joe Leverett MD is the Medical Director. Doctor Leverett graduated from University of Oklahoma/ Health Sciences Center in 1982 and specialized in Internal Medicine and carries Board Certifications in both Geriatric Medicine and Internal Medicine. Dr Leverett provides comprehensive care for adults in all stages of life.
