I lived at fairway flats (originally the fringe) for 2 years, and I can honestly say Jess & Jen truly are the best management team I have ever worked with. When they took over, things were handled in a timely manner, and maintenance was extremely knowledgeable and kind as well. If I ever move back to Kansas, I’d come back to Fairway Flats. 💗

From the close community feel to the well-appointed furnishings, we love everything about this upscale apartment home at The Fringe! Sheryl is quick to answer any questions and facilitated our move-in with ease. The details and quality of our 3 Bedroom, 3-1/2 bath is bar none. The footprint of our apartment boast that of a home - the bedrooms are huge! The amenities include everything you could ever want, all on location. The Fringe ownership created convenience coupled with class. And then there’s the sunsets!
