Non-surgical spinal decompression is a type of motorized traction that may help relieve back pain. Spinal decompression works by gently stretching the spine, which changes the force and position of the spine.

I have recently started going to Keystone physical medicine in the last 5/6 weeks regularly It’s very conveniently located downtown. Parking is normally really easy on main street during the day. I’ve been adjusted by Dr. Cory Sartin he does a very good job he’s gotten kinks out I didn’t even know I had between my shoulder blades. I also really enjoy the massage option before or after an adjustment it has relieved my lower back pain and neck pain significantly I plan to continue with the monthly plan. Highly recommended

Hey Veterans! The VA sent me to this place and it's the best thing they've done for me! I love the full spectrum treatment that is available in one spot: Physical therapy, Chiropractic, deep tissue massage, trigger point - RN administered. The doctor is very personable and knowledgeable. The ladies at the front desk always make you feel welcomed and are very helpful. I can't say enough about good they are and how they've helped me!!!

Dr. Cory is the best chiropractor I have found and I have been to quite a few. It is nice being able to see the x-ray/diagnostic results of where you start and eventually the progress periodically. It helps prove that progress is actually being made however I can already feel that progress is being made. I absolutely love getting trigger point therapy from Dr. Esther. I also get a massage monthly included in my treatment plan which is a nice additional touch. All of the staff is wonderful especially Christine at the front desk who you can text to set up appointments. We even bring our teenage daughter

I have been going to Keystone Physical Medicine for a little over 4 months now and my back has already made some great improvements! I was in severe pain due to my back when I came to Dr. Corey and now I don’t have to worry or fear going to work and being miserable because he has gradually helped straighten my spine and given me tips and tricks to help me feel better standing all day at work. Not only are the results amazing but the experience is just as amazing too! All of the staff is so welcoming and friendly, and depending on your pain level most of the physical therapies and adjustment feel

Absolutely LOVE coming to get adjusted. My wife and I recently moved so we needed to find a good place to get adjusted and get trigger point treatment. After a ton of research my wife and I found Dr Cory and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend getting one of their packages to get better pricing.

I started my integrated rehab through a VA community choice referral for chiropractic care. The Main Street location is 5 minutes from the VA which is super convenient for me! The other most convenient aspect of Keystone Physical Medicine is the early bird appointments which start @ 0700. I’m able to get to my place of employment on time.
Dr Cory presented me with three options after a full evaluation that included X-rays. He was very clear with his expectations and ensured that I had realistic expectations for myself .

Keystone is a timesaver for me. I have multiple chiropractic issues they get right to it each time I go into the clinic with little or no wait time. I am a high performance person and appreciate the excellent and timely services provided by their well trained staff. Did the 40.00 new patients "special" The roller table was great as was the adjustment helped. But would have been nice if they told me when I set the appointment that the 60 minute massage was booked months out. Feel a bit like this was bait and switch. Seems like I could have just taken my money elsewhere and gotten a massage. My insurance would have paid for the adjustment.

The staff here is great, they are always very friendly and professional - even very early in the morning when I’m not quite awake yet! The office is super efficient but I always feel like I’m being taken care of and listened to. The nurse practitioner and massage therapist are also awesome - very kind, compassionate, and good at what they do! It’s really nice to have multiple wellness services in one location.
