I do not recommend. They are employeed by u but require a 2 week notice to fire them when unhappy with service but can terminate you with 24 hours notice.
Kind of backwards. When i have been terminated in the past never was i given 2 week notice that i was going to be terminated.
Now on the flip side companies do require 2 weeks notice if i were the one quitting..
Their contract highly favors them if you are not satisfied with theur service.
In my opinion it is a deceiving way to do business. U can not meet the caregiver until after u sign the service agreement. So it favors them from the start

I currently work for Home Care Associates and they team are best! Yes, this company has shown love, kindness, and patience. Not only to the employees but to the clients as well.

Home Care Associates have been wonderful for my 100 year old father in assisted living memory care. The sitters are very capable and compassionate. Gleria and Tommy Anderson have been there for my father and our family, making sure the level of care is top notch and reliable. It has been such a relief not to have to worry, knowing they are there for us. If you are like me and read the reviews, trust me they will go the extra mile for their clients every time. I highly recommend them with no reservations whatsoever.

Very much like the other review posted, we constantly had problems with workers being replaced and new workers being sent without meeting us first. Our two priorities were consistency of care givers and meeting those caregivers prior to their going to our mother's home. HCA failed miserably on both counts.
One good point is the management staff was always pleasant and tried hard to work through problems, but clearly the company does not have the ability to hire and manage reliable home care workers. - the one thing we wanted least.

I cannot recommend this service. We contacted this company for a caregiver for my mother because they were recommended by a friend. My family wanted the opportunity to meet the caregiver prior to the first shift to ensure she was a good fit and so that my mother would feel comfortable with her. We did meet the caregiver but the company cancelled last-minute prior to the first shift and then wanted to send someone else who we hadn't met yet. We scrambled to find a back-up caregiver but decided to give the company a second chance after they insisted that they would be reliable and that they

I'm not sure how this company has received such highly rated reviews unless they were plants. If I could give them 0 stars, I surely would. Our experience with them was a total disaster except for the first visit. Sitters were scheduled on two different occasions after that & didn't show. The first sitter actually called to tell us she had car trouble, but the second one who didn't show certainly didn't. At that time, I called & cancelled our contract with them & requested our deposit be returned less what we owed them for the first visit. I was asked to give them another chance, but refused their

They provided me with a caregiver by the name of Callettia. She assisted my mother after having foot surgery. The caregiver was professional in every aspect, but most of all she was gentle and patient when handling mom.

Making the decision to let someone other than family provide care for your loved one, is one of the hardest decisions to ever make. Words can not describe the weight lifted off my shoulders once I discovered this caring group of people. After two not so nice experiences with other agencies I knew that Home Care Associates was right for my family as soon as they answered the telephone. Their staff made every effort to find a sitter that matched my grandmother's personality. Without hesitation I would recommend Home Care Associates to anyone looking to remain independent at home.

Our family was truly blessed to have found this company. After our grandmother passed away, my grandfather started mentally declining over time. A lot of us are busy with work and family or spread out to far to fully help him so we called Home Care Associates. They are attentive to our needs and genuinely care which is such a relief. My grandfather has been in such high spirits ever since they've come into our lives. All he ever talks about are his card games with Mary, his caregiver, and what little trip they took.
