Loved our experience with Limos of Austin! We booked them two weeks ahead of our small company's Christmas party, and they were able to accommodate our request for a particular vehicle. Not only were they very competitive on pricing, their vehicles weren't super dated, and were clean & comfortable inside!

This company is ridiculous. It started off bad, they charged me a fee they said they wouldn't charge me. I wrote a bad review about that. They offered me a discount if I removed the review, which I did. And now this. They took the deposit off my card but now telling me they can't get the rest of the payment. They're sitting in my driveway on my time just sitting there when I told them to run my card yesterday. Now I had to run and go get cash and they won't give me any extra time even though this isn't my fault. I don't know how they got so many good reviews. If you hire them, you have been warned

I can’t recommend this company enough. Our driver, Kent, was extremely flexible and patient with my bachelor party. I had a boat company cancel on me the morning of so I had to pivot quite a bit. We had the bus take us to Lake Travis anyway, then we found an available boat so Kent was standing by and able to take us anywhere we needed to go, despite just about all of it not being what was originally planned.. He really was a key component in saving our day. Thank you Limos of Austin for hiring such amazing drivers!

Limos of Austin is Fantastic. The bus arrived on time and was sparkling clean! Even stocked with ice and water.
Our driver Denise was amazing and deserves her own recognition. She was knowledgeable about the destinations and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great trip. She was also just plain FUN to have with us on our wine tour. The entire group was raving about Denise and planning our next trip with her.

Limos of Austin is great! I was very impressed with their prompt responses to my questions. They were easy to schedule and were accommodating. The day that we needed service, it was pouring rain - not just a rain shower, but buckets of rain. Jorge texted beforehand and he arrived a few minutes early. He was professional, courteous and friendly. He held an umbrella to help with staying dry while getting in and out of the car.

Loved our experience with this company!!! Denise was our driver and she was so sweet and fun, just an overall wonderful person!!! She went above and beyond what was expected big time!!! She was 15 minutes early which was a plus for pictures. Can't say enough about her and the company, they really came through for us!!! We were celebrating my sons and husbands birthdays along with getting our daughters that are virtual learners out of the house for a fun night out on the town. We had an amazing night thanks to Denise and Limos of Austin!!!

We used Limos of Austin for a bachelorette party in April 2021 and I have never been more impressed with the customer service of a business. They were SO HELPFUL on the phone during the booking process and so kindly answered all of my questions. We had a last minute time change with our reservation and they were so accommodating. The driver Dave was very nice and even offered to take a group photo after.

I highly recommend Limos of Austin. Brad and David were so easy to work with and very accommodating. During there busiest weekend they were able to help us. Kent our driver was very good. Very friendly and answered all our questions.… We had dinner at Salt Lick and will recommended ordering in the to-go line and eating at the picnic area so we could stick to our time slope. Great idea! Our limo was so cool, nice and clean! I highly recommend limos of Austin!!

So very impressed with the professionalism of Limos of Austin and their quick response time. I asked for a quote and within minutes they responded and answered all of my questions and we got a deposit down right away. Unfortunately, due to the Corona Virus, our trip got canceled and we no longer needed Limos of Austin's service. I requested a deposit refund and i received it same day no questions asked. We hope to use their service in the near future if all goes well postponing!

Giving Limos of Austin anything less than 5 stars is beyond me! Their rates are great, they're always courteous, on time, proficient, and know the best spots to hit up around Austin and its surrounding areas! They have a vast array of vehicle options to choose from no matter the occasion which is sooo nice. The driver, Anthony was wonderful! Suuuper helpful & informative too. Now the limo itself, their White 6-passenger Chrysler was fantastic with its colored LED lights, amazing sound system, and plenty of room with an A/C system that'll keep you at the perfect temp with this Texas

From booking they were very pleasant and attentive to my needs.
Just used them for a limo bus (27 passenger). It was clean spacious and very well laid out. Everyone that was on it commented how nice it was and so much better than a regular limo even though we only had 8-12 people at and given time because we could breathe and we weren't on top of each other.
We were on a pub crawl that was epic and Frank was awesome. He took our picture at every stop. Always had a smile on his face and in his voice and took complete care of us.

I had my 40th birthday party this past weekend. I booked a limo for 16 people to go to the wineries. I was completely blown away by the limo. It was nicer than any limo I've ever ridden in. My driver, Mark, was very professional and personable. The limo was decorated inside with dozens of balloons. I had the best experience with this company. I had my 30th birthday party and hired limos of Austin. I changed my mind on the stops and the route and the pick up time and drop off time and size of limo about 372.3728 million times ..... And they were VERY flexible and accommodating. Never made me feel as annoying as I probably was. Service day of was great our driver was flexible, nice, on… time and went the extra mile. Can't say enough about this company. Thanks so much for making my day flawless !!!! ❤️

Booked them for a half day wine tour. Worked with David to set it up-Incredibly nice and took the time to explain everything.
We have no idea which wineries to visit and David and our driver Val who is awesome mapped out three great wineries to visit. Val was courteous and chatted with us the whole time. He showed up 15 minutes early and kept us on schedule.

Booking the bus was super easy. The owners - Brad & David are extremely friendly and very helpful in finding the best limo/bus for your occasion.
They can accommodate almost any need/service requested.
Party bus itself was flawless, one of the nicest/newest buses I have seen in a long time. Glassware was spotless, seating was comfy, there was enough room for storage and our driver (Frank) was great!
