We recently stayed at the Battle Lake Inn and Suites and what a pleasant surprise! It is a brand new building with elegantly decorated rooms and everything was clean and fresh! It is located across the street from West Battle Lake and walking distance to restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend this inn for a great place to stay in the Lakes Country.
Battle Lake Inn & Suites is pleased to offer dog friendly rooms! Please read and sign the required agreement at the time of registration. Dogs must be registered and $25.00 per dog/per stay will be charged. We allow a strict limit of two dogs per room. For the comfort of our guests with allergies, NO dogs are allowed in non-pet rooms at any time.
West Battle Lake – located directly across the road from the hotel is a clean, clear 5,500 acre lake that reaches a maximum depth of 108 feet. The Town of Battle Lake maintains the large public pier located just across the road and to the south. It is a great location to catch a sunrise, watch the boats go by, or do a little fishing.

I highly recommend staying here. I brought a wife and 4 kids into this hotel and they were very family friendly and professional. Everything was clean, new and tastefully decorated. There is a really neat suite with a basement that felt extra cozy and would make a great fishing/hunting retreat if you are needing a place in the area. Love this place!

I would put this hotel up against any that I have stayed in. Situated across the street from West Battle Lake, the Battle Lake Inn and Suites is a short walk to the quaint downtown, full of some nice local restaurants, bakeries, and shopping. The Glendalugh Trail runs right by the Inn which is very convenient for runners, walkers, and bicyclist looking to stay active. The facility itself was fantastic. Recently updates, the rooms were clean, fresh, and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable, the towels were soft, and the staff took great care of us and our rooms during our stay. The only constructive
