Although I am NOT a B & B type traveler usually, I was quite pleased with the ambiance, furnishings, and peacefulness of this B & B. I stayed in the Garden Room upstairs with it's own private bath. The air conditioner for the room was adequate. The mattress was soft and comfy. Jane was very personable and an Excellent Host! The home is probably turn of 20th century era or older and some furnishings are antiques. Best Bargain for a nights stay I can recall!!
