I did not use this companys services and thank god I didn't. An agent who works for this company, represented the seller. Long story short, my family and I ended up not purchasing the home from the said seller. Because of this agents lack of knowledge on the contract being used and not fulfilling what had been outlined in the contract. It took my wife and I approximately 6 months and a court date (in which we won) to get our earnest deposit back. If you are looking for a realtor, I would strongly advise you to look elsewhere. Find an agency with agents that have current knowledge and understanding
