The term hydrotherapy, by definition, refers to the use of water in the treatment of disease or trauma. In a broad sense, hydrotherapy includes water treatment utilizing any of the three natural forms of water; solid, liquid or vapor. Hydrotherapy tables are a technological advance over whirlpools and immersion water therapy.
Healthy Foods and nutritional supplements are of extreme importance, since they provide the energy our body needs to function most efficiently. It has been stated that certain chronic diseases can be controlled and sometimes prevented through a healthy diet, exercise and nutritional supplementation.

This place is amazing. They pay very close attention to your needs and a full run through of your health and wellness before they start working on you. Cara is an amazing acupuncturist. Her detailed list of questions and concerns are beyond any I've ever encountered. Evelyn is a great massage therapist. She definitely knows what she's doing when you're on that table. Dr. Fantini the chiropractor is also very well trained. She cracks me up like no other.
