Stop Looking and call Zigzag. I've had nothing but fantastic interactions with them. They are fast, honest, and great at what they do - fixing and installing a variety of HVAC systems. Knowledgeable, personable, and they won't leave you doubting that you're not just another number to them. They obviously care about you, your family, and your home. I can't say enough good things about Zigzag Industrial. Eduard is reliable, honest and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to walk me through the heating system of our new yet very old home. Showed me how to use it and maintain it properly as well as answer my many questions. He is super responsive and has already helped us out of many emergency issues. I highly recommend!

Was squeezed into a next-day visit and Eric was able to evaluate my unmaintained and old system, repair it back to working order, and give me good possible options for future work. He even took a peek at our non-functional gas pool heating unit and shared his thoughts, offering to reach out to the pool unit specialist (they are currently booked about 5 weeks out).

Eduard personally did maintenance on my unit. This company really does what they promise. I am happy with his service, price is reasonable. I gave him a second unit for maintenance which is scheduled soon.
He did clean my blower motor nice and neat and ran a combustion test that not all companies do. Now, I feel safe knowing my unit is in safe operation.

The technician Eric was awesome. He was timely, professional, and most importantly took the time to explain everything. He even went ahead and took care of minor maintenance issues to prevent useless service calls. I highly recommend them and will be using them for future maintenance and repair work. ZigZag came out same day to fix our AC. They were knowledgeable, polite, prompt. The technician wore a mask at all times. We suspected our compressor needed to be replaced and this was the case. The technician followed up with us to make sure we had no issues after the repair and to make sure our unit was working properly.
I have to add that after our power came on after hurricane Isaias - we were having trouble with our thermostat and I thought something was wrong with the AC unit - ZigZag came out at 9pm free of charge and helped me with it. It turns out everything was fine (my error with thermostat

Yeah, Eduard is as good as it gets. He installed my Ecobee thermostat, swept the floor and stayed long enough to verify proper installation.
Unfortunately, an hour or so after he left, the system started rebooting after every boiler cycle. I texted the number provided and within a few minutes, Edward called to deliver his now famous line 'I'll be right there", and he was in less than an hour. Fixed the problem, which turned out to be the existing lines were inadequate. He pulled new wires, rewired the thermostat, and remained again for several boiler cycles before closing out

So it's 6:30pm on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend, I'm on my way out of town for the holiday and receive an alarm from my house that the smoke detector is going off and there is a fire. I panic and have my neighbor come by to take a look, since I was about 70 miles away. Turns out the AC unit, which is in my attic, is leaking water onto the smoke detector and it short circuited as a result.
I previously worked with Edward when he helped me setup my Ecobee wireless thermostats, so I called him right away with zero expectation that he would actually come by, being that it was close
